崗位職責(zé)：1. 負(fù)責(zé)能源行業(yè)目標(biāo)市場分析、競爭對手分析，制定業(yè)務(wù)計劃、價格策略及行業(yè)營銷方案，整合區(qū)域銷售資源；2. 主導(dǎo)目標(biāo)協(xié)議的制定和執(zhí)行，確保公司目標(biāo)與市場需求保持一致；3. 為大客戶提供定制化服務(wù)與管理，確?？蛻絷P(guān)系的穩(wěn)定與發(fā)展；4. 指導(dǎo)和支持當(dāng)?shù)劁N售團(tuán)隊開發(fā)潛在機(jī)會，滲透目標(biāo)產(chǎn)品線和應(yīng)用，完成銷售目標(biāo)，提高市場份額，增強(qiáng)公司影響力；5. 參與行業(yè)展會、學(xué)術(shù)交流等活動提升品牌影響力；6. 管理業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)與文件，推動銷售工具使用并遵守公司 SOP；7. 直接上級安排的其他任務(wù)。任職要求：1. 3 年以上能源行業(yè)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域管理經(jīng)驗，熟悉能源行業(yè)業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)流程，有相關(guān)銷售業(yè)務(wù)往來經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；2. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，環(huán)境工程、熱能與動力、電力系統(tǒng)及電氣自動化或相關(guān)專業(yè)；3. 熟練掌握英語和辦公軟件；4. 熟悉國際公司組織結(jié)構(gòu)與業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)先；5. 優(yōu)秀的溝通技巧、團(tuán)隊協(xié)作能力。Responsibilities:1. Conduct market and competitor analysis in target energy sectors develop business plans, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives integrate regional sales resources.2. Lead the formulation and execution of target agreements to align company ****ives with market demands.3. Provide customized service and management for key accounts to ensure stable and growing customer relationships.4. Guide and support local sales teams in identifying potential opportunities, penetrating target product lines and applications, achieving sales targets, and increasing market share.5. Participate in industry trade shows, academic exchanges, and other events to enhance brand influence.6. Manage business data and documentation promote the use of sales tools and ensure compliance with company SOPs.7. Other tasks assigned by the line manager.Requirements:1. Over 3 years of management experience in the energy industry, familiar with its business development processes prior relevant sales experience preferred.2. Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Engineering, Thermal Energy & Power, Power Systems, Electrical Automation, or a related field.3. Proficient in English and MS Office Suite.4. Familiarity with the organizational structure and business processes of international companies is an advantage.5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
