## Role OverviewThis position combines technical video production skills with an understanding of filmmaking principles to transform classroom recordings into comprehensive learning resources. 上海溫哥華電影學(xué)院是一所中外合作培養(yǎng)影視及娛樂(lè)人才的一年制非學(xué)歷高等教育學(xué)院。合作雙方為國(guó)家重點(diǎn)高校上海大學(xué)和加拿大頗具規(guī)模的娛樂(lè)藝術(shù)人才培訓(xùn)學(xué)校溫哥華電影學(xué)院。2014年6月15日，上海大學(xué)與加拿大溫哥華電影學(xué)院在上海國(guó)際電影節(jié)上召開(kāi)新聞發(fā)布會(huì)，聯(lián)合宣布正式成立上海溫哥華電影學(xué)院。學(xué)院由上海市政府指導(dǎo)建立，上海市文廣局、市教委、閘北區(qū)政府與上海大學(xué)均為理事單位。上海溫哥華電影學(xué)院首批引進(jìn)溫哥華電影學(xué)院全日制一年期的“電影制作、3d動(dòng)畫(huà)與視覺(jué)效果、視覺(jué)媒體聲音設(shè)計(jì)、影視化裝設(shè)計(jì)”4個(gè)專業(yè)，2015年將引進(jìn)“影視表演”和“游戲設(shè)計(jì)”專業(yè)。以后還會(huì)陸續(xù)引進(jìn)“影視劇作、娛樂(lè)產(chǎn)業(yè)管理、經(jīng)典動(dòng)畫(huà)”等專業(yè)。學(xué)院實(shí)行全英文教學(xué)。未來(lái)，學(xué)院還會(huì)針對(duì)中國(guó)市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)適和的長(zhǎng)短期課程，并定期對(duì)已有課程進(jìn)行更新。辦學(xué)前三年，學(xué)院80%師資來(lái)自北美，均為擁有豐富產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的業(yè)界翹楚。除了一流的國(guó)際化師資外，學(xué)院還配有一流的教學(xué)設(shè)備，實(shí)行高強(qiáng)度高密度沉浸式實(shí)踐教學(xué)，以培養(yǎng)符合國(guó)際電影工業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的高端人才。除了原汁原味引進(jìn)教學(xué)體系外，圍繞上海溫哥華電影學(xué)院，市政府還作為重點(diǎn)工程，同步打造“環(huán)上海大學(xué)國(guó)際影視產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)”。其中上海大學(xué)延長(zhǎng)路校區(qū)作為核心區(qū)，規(guī)劃建設(shè)了電影、電視、美術(shù)、創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)4所藝術(shù)類學(xué)院，影視制作、作品展示、影視云智慧服務(wù)3大平臺(tái)，中國(guó)藝術(shù)研究院上海分院、中國(guó)社科院上海發(fā)展研究院2個(gè)研究機(jī)構(gòu)，以及大學(xué)科技園（影視文化主題）的“4321”計(jì)劃，吸引一批政府服務(wù)、內(nèi)容創(chuàng)作、渠道發(fā)行、后期制作、教育培訓(xùn)、文化金融、法律服務(wù)類的優(yōu)質(zhì)資源和機(jī)構(gòu)向園區(qū)集中，打造世界一流的影視教育和影視產(chǎn)業(yè)基地。
