職位描述?確保維修活動(dòng)遵循ESM, CMM, IRM, SPM 以及其它的 OEM要求； Make sure rework activities are carried out in accordance with ESM, CMM, IRM, SPM and other OEM requirements；? 編制維修流程, 撰寫工程報(bào)告, 質(zhì)保報(bào)告, 部件/過(guò)程/試驗(yàn)室不合格報(bào)告； Prepare repair procedure, write engineering report, warranty report, part/line/lab reject findings report；? 解決制定主修理方案； Work out master repair schemes；? 編制部件修理程序； Develop and compile part repair process；? 制定部件維修工程處置方案； Work out repair part engineering disposition；? 利用其它資源的支持, 建立新的維修能力； Set up new rework capability with support from other sources； ? 維修技術(shù)指導(dǎo)； Rework technical direction；? 工程處置工作，包括確定維修范圍、選擇需執(zhí)行的服務(wù)通告等； The task of engineering disposition, including release work scope, appoint applicable SB(s), etc；? 工具/消耗品/零部件等效替代流程； The ****native tooling/consumable/parts equivalence assessment procedure；? 新能力申請(qǐng)流程； New capability application procedure；? 工具設(shè)備的自制和改造； Self-Manufacture and Modification of tools & Equipment；? 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交代的其他任務(wù)； Other tasks assigned by the leader任職資格：?本科或以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、材料、化學(xué)或相關(guān)工程專業(yè)； Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, material, chemistry or equivalent engineering? 英語(yǔ)4級(jí)及以上或同等水平，能夠閱讀和理解維修相關(guān)技術(shù)文件； CET-4 or above or equivalent level, able to read and understand English Maintenance related technical documents? 具備機(jī)械專業(yè)知識(shí)、飛機(jī)零部件基本知識(shí)、航空基本知識(shí)；Have mechanical knowledge, basic knowledge of aircraft parts, basic knowledge of aviation? 具備修理過(guò)程相關(guān)的知識(shí)和經(jīng)驗(yàn), 如焊接 、熱噴涂、CNC 加工、熱處理、度量等； Knowledge and experience in repair process, such as welding, thermal spraying, CNC machining, heat treatment, measurement, etc.? 持有民航維修人員執(zhí)照優(yōu)先； Hold civil aviation maintenance personnel license is preferred? 熟練掌握常用的辦公軟件； Good skill of common office software
