Position OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our Hong Kong office. The ideal candidate will support daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance activities in accordance with Hong Kong’s accounting standards. This role will also involve coordination with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth financial processes and occasional administrative support. Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and verify daily accounting trans****s, maintain accurate financial data, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.Assist with monthly invoicing, bank reconciliations, and verification of invoices and payment documents.Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers follow up on payment and collection matters.Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and conduct basic financial analysis under supervision.Assist in the preparation of documentation for statutory audits and tax filings.Maintain well-organized financial records and support internal filing systems.Provide support on ad hoc tasks and general administrative duties when required. RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.1–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably gained in Hong Kong.CPA / ACCA qualification or currently pursuing certification is an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with common accounting systems.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a high sense of responsibility.Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.Fluent in Cantonese and English (both spoken and written) Mandarin proficiency is a plus.High level of interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.Must hold a valid Hong Kong work visa and be able to work onsite in the Hong Kong office.
