職位描述

崗位職責(zé):
1. Develops sound, long-term customer relationships by providing accurate and timely information to the customer about the divisions progress and intentions. Follows up on **** items and provides feedback to Parker.
2. Informs the Group and Divisions of customers progress and intentions by obtaining information on their behalf and assisting in defining the business needs and environment to best position company for profitable growth.
3. Defines and pursues new business opportunities by researching the types of business to pursue likely competition, pricing strategy and assisting with proposal preparation.
4. Provides direction to Group and Divisions related to future business and engineering trends by maintaining knowledge of aerospace and the customer to ascertain where future business and engineering attention will be focused.
5. Provides on-site support and/or rework of Company products as problems or issues occur. Diffuses potential points of contention and overcomes ****ions.
6. May run operations for remote marketing **** by generating and monitoring expense reports, tracking and paying office bills, maintaining company vehicle, managing the shipping and receiving department, purchasing and maintaining office equipment and supplies.
7. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing networks, and/or participating in professional associations.
8. Applies and may lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency of internal systems and processes within the division and/or with corporate and customer involvement. Recommends ****s by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses. Analyzes proposed changes in methods.
任職資格:
? Comprehensive knowledge of a broad range of company products, technologies, regulations, and policies related to marketing and customer support for airline, military or OEM customers
? Working experience with various COMAC and AVIC entities, esp. those involved in aircraft design & manufacturing
? Ten or more years of increasingly responsible experience in technical sales or marketing, including five or more years of high-level program management and established contacts, with major revenue or scope of responsibility.
? Ability to communicate fluently in both Mandarin Chinese and English
