工作職責(zé)：
Realize detailed market study of city planning, competitor and propose city expansion strategy. (Economy, population, commercial area…).
Search for the best locations to open the shops of the company according to the corporate’s standards.
Evaluate land and neighborhoods where properties are situated, considering locations and trends or impending changes that could influence future sales activity.
Prepare detailed written reports that estimate property values, costs, outline methods by which the estimations were made, and meet appraisal standards.
Negotiate with local agencies to obtain the best agreements in the chosen locations.
Negotiate contract, duty list, layout, with support of different team
Obtain local administrative authorizations to realize the opening.
Make sure of the smooth progress of all operations until the store’s opening.
As coordinator between operation team and landlord.
任職要求：
College / Bachelor degree above, preferred major in commercial, legal, city planning, construction.
? Living in local city with good understanding of local real estate field.
? Good negotiation ability with local officials responsible and property.
? 5 years working experiences in foreign Fashion / Retail Company.
? Proven track in searching Commercial Location for retail business is preference.
? At least 3 years retail business analysis experiences with good local government relationship. Financial audit background is preference.
? Strong analytical ability, detailed, result-oriented and good team player.
? Fluent in Chinese and English.
? Good command of office software.
? Be able to travel frequently inside or outside of the city, driving license is a plus.
