工作職責(zé)：
1. Set-up, lead and manage an R & D team to develop and test electronic control modules for the automotive industry
2. install the development processes according to automotive requirements by cooperating with European partner.
3. Lead the communication on program with supplier, customer and partners
4. Support the sales team to acquire new projects
5. Devise the technical concept and the development cost estimation according to customer RFQ(request for quotations)
6. Provide training and technical support to the R&D teams
7. Manage and ensure an efficient know-how transfer from our European partner to the R&D- Team in China.
8. Set up and maintain the network with external service providers for the test and the validation of our electronic modules (e.g. function & durability test, etc.).
9. Other tasks as assigned.

崗位要求：
1. Bachelor and above from recognized university.Major in electrical & electronics engineering computer science or equivalent education
2. 5+ years of professional experiences in the development of "****ded systems", preferably in the automotive industry
3. 5+ years of professional experience in the acquisition, management and motivation of R&D team.
4. Experience with demanding customers of the automotive industry will be prefered.
