The Role-Holder support head of business management support by supplying information for making decisions. This includes analysing and formulating concepts, drafting and preparing reports and proposals for management.
The Role Holder also carries out regular (e.g. notification and reporting) and/or ad hoc (e.g. conferences and events) administrative work. They also collaborate on projects.

Key responsibilities:
?Manages ad hoc situation within required timeframes/queries and quality standards
?Handles day to day administrative work and keeps all data up-to-date.
?Collates, analyses and reports data to assist management or project decision making
?Identify and accurately record problems and escalates appropriately
?Ensures efficient, accurate and timely delivery within function area and where necessary pro-active
?Liaise with UBS S WM management team and relevant functional heads in UBSS to organize various meetings

Key experiences and qualifications:
?university degree
?Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services industry
?Familiar with Window Office software
?Flexibility in working hours
?Working knowledge of English is preferred
?Self organised and structured
?Ability to multi-task and work under pressure to deliver results
?Developed and demonstrates the minimum level of skills/knowledge required for the job
?Openly supportive, encouraging and involving of others helping to build team spirit and consensus hold
