-負責方向盤部件的工程開發(fā)和供應商管理（方向盤、DAB、散熱模塊等）。-作為生產開發(fā)負責人，組織技術會議并完成對方向盤相關供應商的技術評估。-與全球工程團隊、采購員和項目團隊合作開展供應商提名活動。-根據雷諾項目要求，領導供應商開發(fā)方向盤部件。開發(fā)活動包括剖面設計、3D 數學數據和 2D 圖紙發(fā)布、EWO、DV/PV 報告、RGPQP 文件和 BOM 管理。-負責定義方向盤的性能和功能，根據基準和客戶經驗報告詳細的技術標準。-確保供應商的提案符合雷諾的產品規(guī)格。-控制方向盤組件的成本、質量、重量和時間方面的項目開發(fā)。-領導解決項目開發(fā)階段的工程問題。-車輛工程、機械工程等相關專業(yè)，本科及以上學歷。-6年以上方向盤開發(fā)或相關領域工作經驗，熟悉制造流程、PDT和數學數據發(fā)布流程，熟練掌握CATIA和RVT。-工作語言為流利英語。-有知名 OEM 或相關行業(yè)工作經驗者優(yōu)先。-積極主動、以解決方案為導向、具有前瞻性思維、良好的溝通能力和團隊合作精神。
