職責(zé)：1.負(fù)責(zé)整車廠內(nèi)汽車功能耐久測(cè)試，包括但不限于車聯(lián)網(wǎng)、充電系統(tǒng)、電機(jī)、智能駕駛系統(tǒng)、電器件、儀表中控等。2.根據(jù)測(cè)試計(jì)劃和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，設(shè)計(jì)和執(zhí)行功能測(cè)試方案，確保測(cè)試的全面性和準(zhǔn)確性。3.使用專業(yè)的測(cè)試設(shè)備和工具，收集測(cè)試數(shù)據(jù)，并進(jìn)行分析，以評(píng)估汽車各系統(tǒng)的性能和耐久性。4.識(shí)別測(cè)試過程中出現(xiàn)的問題，記錄詳細(xì)的問題描述，并與相關(guān)部門合作解決。5.編寫測(cè)試報(bào)告，總結(jié)測(cè)試結(jié)果，提出改進(jìn)建議。6.與項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)成員溝通，確保測(cè)試活動(dòng)與項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度保持一致。任職要求：1.本科及以上學(xué)歷，汽車工程、機(jī)械工程、電子工程或相關(guān)專業(yè)。2.持有C1駕照，熟悉道路測(cè)試場(chǎng)地，最好具備大眾試車證。3.具有2年以上汽車整車測(cè)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)，在大眾集團(tuán)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。4.熟悉汽車電子電氣系統(tǒng)，了解車聯(lián)網(wǎng)、充電技術(shù)、電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)、智能駕駛系統(tǒng)等相關(guān)知識(shí)。5.良好的數(shù)據(jù)分析能力，能夠使用專業(yè)的測(cè)試軟件和工具。6.具有一定的項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)，能夠協(xié)調(diào)和管理測(cè)試項(xiàng)目。7.良好的英語(yǔ)聽說讀寫能力，能夠閱讀和理解英文技術(shù)文檔，具備基本的英文匯報(bào)能力。8.能適應(yīng)出差，包括高寒、高熱等環(huán)境測(cè)試地點(diǎn)。
