職責(zé)描述：1.在整車(chē)驗(yàn)證團(tuán)隊(duì)中，組織整車(chē)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中的問(wèn)題分析與解決，特別是上車(chē)體和電子電器相關(guān)的問(wèn)題，以及跨團(tuán)隊(duì)資源協(xié)調(diào)，以提升驗(yàn)證效率、優(yōu)化流程并實(shí)施閉環(huán)管理。2.跟蹤整車(chē)研發(fā)過(guò)程中所負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)的零件狀態(tài)和成熟度，與系統(tǒng)管理組合作，確保整車(chē)驗(yàn)證的零件狀態(tài)符合要求。3.與跨專(zhuān)業(yè)團(tuán)隊(duì)合作，策劃系統(tǒng)級(jí)和整車(chē)級(jí)別的驗(yàn)證計(jì)劃，支持子系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)和整車(chē)級(jí)驗(yàn)證。4.作為整車(chē)驗(yàn)證與系統(tǒng)管理組之間的聯(lián)絡(luò)人，建立并維護(hù)良好的合作機(jī)制。5.熟悉大眾體系汽車(chē)功能耐久測(cè)試，包括但不限于車(chē)聯(lián)網(wǎng)、充電系統(tǒng)、電機(jī)、智能駕駛系統(tǒng)、電器件、儀表中控等功能測(cè)試。6.負(fù)責(zé)根據(jù)規(guī)范編寫(xiě)功能測(cè)試用例，進(jìn)行功能周匯報(bào)，并輸出測(cè)試報(bào)告。7.負(fù)責(zé)測(cè)試問(wèn)題的跟蹤、對(duì)接，并推動(dòng)問(wèn)題解決。任職要求：1.全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷，車(chē)輛工程、機(jī)電一體化、電氣工程等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)。2.5-6年工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，其中至少3年以上整車(chē)試制電器或整車(chē)功能測(cè)試工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)及團(tuán)隊(duì)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)。3.了解以太網(wǎng)、CAN、CANFD、LIN等車(chē)載網(wǎng)絡(luò)。4.熟練使用電器調(diào)試工具，如ODIS、CANoe、Vector，datalog工具等測(cè)試工具。5.流利的英語(yǔ)書(shū)面和口語(yǔ)能力。6.持有C1駕照，熟悉道路測(cè)試場(chǎng)地，最好具備大眾試車(chē)證。
