招聘地點：合肥、廣州、上海崗位職責：1、Responsible for seat **** & sub components design, development and validation負責座椅以及零部件的設(shè)計開發(fā)和驗證2、Responsible for technical analysis, feasibility analysis of seat ****, designing product and improvement work負責座椅骨架技術(shù)分析，可行性分析，以及產(chǎn)品設(shè)計和優(yōu)化3、In the development phase and serial production, responsible for the analysis, optimization plan and plan settlement of seat **** issues, such as noise, vibration and other defects在開發(fā)和量產(chǎn)階段，負責座椅出現(xiàn)問題分析，優(yōu)化以及跟蹤解決，比如噪音振動或者其他問題4、Responsible for seat **** test requirement, items and track tests負責座椅骨架實驗的要求，實驗條目以及追蹤實驗結(jié)果5、Organise or join regular communication with suppliers and project members組織或者參加和供應商以及項目的會議6、Manage suppliers to complete all deliveries with high quality管理零部件供應商，按計劃保質(zhì)保量完成各開發(fā)節(jié)點交付物7、Design of 3D models & 2D drawing with CATIA V5 使用CATIA V5設(shè)計3D數(shù)據(jù)和2D圖紙8、Responsible for DFMEA, DVP, BOM, design review and project document management in the development process, anticipate the solving of problems負責開發(fā)過程中的DFMEA, DVP, BOM, 設(shè)計評審等過程控制以及項目文件管理，及時預判發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決問題9、Responsible for the application of seat new technology, new process and new materials負責開展座椅相關(guān)新技術(shù)，新工藝，新材料的應用工作10、All other tasks assigned by superior上級分配的各項任務崗位要求：1、More than 8 years of seating experience Have experience as a project leader Skilled in communication8年以上座椅經(jīng)驗；?有做過項目的leader?經(jīng)驗；善于溝通；2、Familiar with the development of seats, familiar with the processes, testing specifications, laws and regulations, and technical standards related to seat development熟悉座椅的開發(fā)，熟悉座椅開發(fā)相關(guān)的流程、試驗規(guī)范、法律法規(guī)和技術(shù)標準；3、Participate in the development of at least 2 vehicle models with complete seating experience參與完成至少2個車型的整椅的開發(fā)工作經(jīng)驗；4、Experience in developing seat **** platforms (A-SUV, B-SUV, A-SEDEN) is preferred.有座椅骨架平臺（A-SUV,B-SUV,A-SEDEN）開發(fā)經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。5、Proficient in using CATIA software?熟練使用CATIA軟件
