崗位職責：1. 主導客戶端技術規(guī)范要求解讀，確保其分解到DFMEA,CCSC,審核、監(jiān)督其實施和更新過程；2. 審核產品和過程開發(fā)技術要求，確保其按時順利釋放，并形成項目階段的產品審核內容；3. 審核產品和過程變更方案的可行性和可制造性，監(jiān)督其驗證結果的完成度和準確性；4. 參與并審核圖紙、D/PFMEA，CCSC/PCPS，流程圖等的形成，同時編制控制計劃（CP）；5. 形成并管理開發(fā)問題和過程問題清單，推動其解決并形成lessens learn；6. 編制過程統(tǒng)計控制圖(SPC)，根據(jù)控制圖進行過程判定，推動工藝優(yōu)化過程；7. 主導開發(fā)階段的質量問題的判定、攔截和圍堵，推動TOP問題的分析、整改，8. 按照項目計劃推進質量進展，并按時提交質量交付物。任職資格：1、本科及以上學歷，機械設計或車輛工程專業(yè)，5年以上工作經(jīng)驗；2、能熟練閱讀機械設計及電氣原理圖，熟練使用常用辦公軟件；3、熟練掌握常規(guī)質量檢驗工具、設備；4、熟悉TS16949質量體系；5、對商用車尤其重卡的構造或制造有一定了解，有商用車質量檢驗或管理經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先。
