Major Responsibilities And Authority:1. Interact with design center for their design input and recommend design upgrades and enhancement, to ensure manufacturing feasibility.2. Control the process parameter and product capability effectively.3. To optimize production process to reduce scrap of raw material4. Responsible and timely completion of projects is essential.5. Interact with materials and components suppliers and direct the activities.6. Provide technical support to customer/suppliers.7. Strives for continuous improvement and teamwork in a global product development and process environment.8. Other jobs assigned by Dept. Deep understanding and demonstrated capability to use mechanical engineering know-hows to solve product design and manufacturing related problems4. Customer oriented meets customer needs with quality & best cost results.6. Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects and work to a schedule.7. Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution skills.8. Fluent English, oral and written.9. Familiar with the environmental aspects related to own dept and the control way10. Familiar with DOE, APQP, FMEA, PPAP Familiar with ISO9001 & IATF16949 standard11. Familiar with Automation equipment is a plus.Education:Bachelor degree in Mechanical Design or Engineering field.
