本崗位工作的基本目的 Basic Purpose of the Position· Play a critical role in supporting Finance Center Director on daily management and process improvement projects, and handling part of daily accounting works.主要工作職責(zé)Principal Accountabilities· Be responsible for sales accounting works as assigned and KA customers.· Be responsible for financial review on sales discount provision.· Be responsible for accounting works for the trading company.· Support Finance Center Director on credit management.· Participate or lead projects on behalf of finance center for continuous process improvement.· Support Finance Center Director on ad hoc data analysis.· Support Finance Center Director on department admin work.· Finish any tasks delegated from the director with good quality and timely.教育背景，任職資格或培訓(xùn)要求Education, Qualification and Training· University degree in Finance and Accounting (MBA will be a plus)· Accept new employee orientation, safety training and related training contents.工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)及基本工作技能要求Experience or Skills Required· Fresh undergraduate or postgraduate graduates with a complete knowledge system of accounting and internal control. Candidates with 1-2 years of finance-related experience are preferred.· Candidates who have ACCA or have passed more than 2 exams of CICPA are preferred.· Good analytical skills.· Good business sense, strong analytical and problem solving skills.其他技能（如電腦，語言等要求）Specialised Knowledge or Skills Required (PC/Language)· English and Mandarin. Spanish will be a plus.· Strong abilities in teamwork and cross-functional communication.· Mature, open and confident personality.· Business trip if need, and must work on the last working day in each month.
