MissionThe mission of GL Accountant is to ensure the booking keeping and reporting is reliableand timely internally and externally.總賬會(huì)計(jì)的使命是確?？傎~憑證和財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告的準(zhǔn)確性，及時(shí)完成內(nèi)部和外部的相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)告。MajorResponsibilitiesDuties andresponsibilities include, but are not limited to:· Book-keeping of GL (General Ledger) andSL (Subsidiary Ledger) in SAP. · Issuing debit notes to inter companies, reconciling AP and AR with intercompanies.· Group monthly reports preparation.· Statutory reports preparation for local tax office.· Responsible for preparation and/or coordination monthly reconciliation ofbalance sheet and follow up open items on time. · Fixed asset ledger maintenance and reporting.· Assisting financial analysis to Business Controller with data supporting.· Assisting preparation of all documents for internal or external audit.· As Key User of ERP system, be responsible of SOP maintenance for dailyoperation and closing related job.· GL related filing.任務(wù)職責(zé)包括但不限于:· 負(fù)責(zé)總賬憑證和明細(xì)賬的SAP系統(tǒng)錄入· 內(nèi)部客戶的開票，每月完成內(nèi)部關(guān)聯(lián)方對(duì)賬· 準(zhǔn)備月度集團(tuán)報(bào)告· 準(zhǔn)備中國準(zhǔn)則的報(bào)告· 每月完成資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表賬戶明細(xì)賬總賬核對(duì)，及時(shí)跟蹤異常事項(xiàng)· 維護(hù)固定資產(chǎn)主數(shù)據(jù)文件，確保變動(dòng)和折舊及時(shí)入賬· 協(xié)助財(cái)務(wù)分析團(tuán)隊(duì)完成財(cái)務(wù)總監(jiān)要求的數(shù)據(jù)分析工作· 支持內(nèi)部和外部審計(jì)工作· 熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)，維護(hù)日常工作及結(jié)賬相關(guān)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流程· 總賬的憑證歸檔 Education & Experience· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.· Experienced in accounting at least over 3 years, at least 2 years in GLfunction.· Be familiar with taxation, experienced in external audit and annualincome tax reconciliation is priority.Knowledge & Skills· Good understanding of both Chinese Accounting Regulations andInternational Accounting Standard is essential.· Knowledge of ERP system, SAP is priority.· Knowledge of GPS(Hyperion/Essbase), BW(BIBO) system· Good at operation MS Office system, especially at Excel · Good English skill both in oral and written.Personality &Behavior Traits· Communicative and comprehensive· Strong sense ofdeadline· Strong logic thinking· Analytical skills· Be patient.· Sensitive on figures· Actively work tostrengthen CoC in the organization.· Work under pressurewith high commitment· Be able to work individuallyand as part of a team. 教育和經(jīng)驗(yàn)要求：· 會(huì)計(jì)或財(cái)務(wù)專業(yè)本科以上學(xué)歷· 3年以上會(huì)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，至少2年總賬會(huì)計(jì)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)· 熟悉國家稅務(wù)，有審計(jì)及稅務(wù)相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先知識(shí)技能：· 熟悉中國會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則以及國際會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則· 熟悉ERP系統(tǒng)，SAP系統(tǒng)優(yōu)先· 熟悉GPS(Hyperion/Essbase), BW(BIBO)系統(tǒng)· 熟練運(yùn)用Office軟件，尤其是Excel· 良好的英語聽說讀寫能力性格和行為特質(zhì)：· 溝通能力和綜合素質(zhì)· 強(qiáng)烈的時(shí)間觀念· 邏輯性思維· 分析技巧· 積極主動(dòng)· 有耐心· 對(duì)數(shù)字敏感· 主動(dòng)增強(qiáng)組織內(nèi)部行為準(zhǔn)則的合規(guī)性· 抗壓能力，高度責(zé)任感· 能夠獨(dú)立工作，融入團(tuán)體
