On-Site Service EngineerReport to: Service Team LeaderDirect reports: NA職位：駐廠服務(wù)工程師匯報對象：服務(wù)主管下屬：無MissionYour mission is to maximize the customer satisf**** on service quality and capability with providing professional onsite service and consultancy while promote service products to generate service NIS.您的使命是通過提供專業(yè)的現(xiàn)場服務(wù)和咨詢，最大限度地提高客戶對服務(wù)質(zhì)量和能力的滿意度，同時推廣服務(wù)產(chǎn)品，創(chuàng)造服務(wù)銷售收入。Major ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:?Work independently for service contract work of Atlas Copco products?Clearly understand service contract scope and KPI?Continuous learning to upgrade self-competence according to business strategy and requirement.?Pass the annual competence certification.?Strong implementation based on service contract requirement.?KPI data collection and understanding.?Finish service documents according as Atlas Copco or customer’s standard?Onsite workshop management and lean suggestion implementation?Implement the ISO internal or external audit requirement.?Keep good communication with customer.?Collect customer request and feedback to sales or manager.?Provide Atlas Copco basic tool operation training to customer.?Quality issue claim and follow up to close.?Raise red flags when there is business and technical risks.?Be responsible for service tools / equipment management registered in own name.?Follow strictly on Safety, Healthy, Environment, Data security policy of Customer.?Follow The Way We Do Things & Code of Conduct ?Strictly follow the safety procedures and work instructions, be directly responsible for personal safety in workplace. Correctly wear Personal Protective Equipment. Actively participate safety training, self-learning and other activities.
