Job Title: Field Service Engineer-Report to: Service Team LeaderDirect reports: NA職位:現(xiàn)場服務(wù)工程師-匯報對象:服務(wù)主管下屬:無MissionYour mission is to maximize the customer satisf**** on service quality and capability with providing professional service and consultancy while promote service products to support service business development.您的使命是通過提供專業(yè)服務(wù)和咨詢,最大限度地提高客戶對服務(wù)質(zhì)量和能力的滿意度,同時推廣服務(wù)產(chǎn)品,支持服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展。Major ResponsibilitiesDuties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:?Work independently for service work of Atlas Copco products.?Clearly understand service contract scope and KPI?Continuous learning to upgrade self-competence according to business strategy and requirement.?Pass the annual competence certification.?Make service plan based on service contract requirement.?Strong implementation based on service contract & service order requirement.?Assist team leader’s work about service contract.?KPI data collection?Finish service documents according as Atlas Copco or customer’s standard?Keep good communication with customer.?Collect customer request and feedback to sales or manager.?Work closely with sales team & project team on new equipment installation.?Solve problems and support customer remotely.?Provide Atlas Copco tool operation training to customer.?Quality issue claim and follow up to close.?Raise red flags when there is business and technical risks.?Mentor of junior engineer on service skill.?Be responsible for service tools / equipment management registered in own name.?Follow strictly on Safety, Healthy, Environment, Data security policy of Customer.?Follow The Way We Do Things & Code of Conduct?Strictly follow the safety procedures and instructions during the travel and at the workplaces in company, customers' and business partners' facility, and correctly wear Personal Protective Equipment according to instruction. Actively participate safety training, self-learning and other activities. Report safety risk to prevent accident. ?Be ready to take up other tasks as assigned.任務(wù)職責(zé)包括但不限于:?獨立完成阿特拉斯·科普柯產(chǎn)品的服務(wù)工作?清楚了解服務(wù)合同的范圍和KPI?根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)戰(zhàn)略和要求,不斷學(xué)習(xí)提升自身能力?通過年度能力認證?根據(jù)服務(wù)合同要求制定服務(wù)計劃?基于服務(wù)合同和服務(wù)訂單需求的強力執(zhí)行?協(xié)助主管做好服務(wù)合同管理工作?KPI數(shù)據(jù)收集?根據(jù)阿特拉斯·科普柯或客戶標(biāo)準(zhǔn)完成服務(wù)文件?與客戶保持良好的溝通?收集客戶的需求和反饋給銷售或經(jīng)理?與銷售團隊和項目團隊緊密合作進行新設(shè)備的安裝?遠程解決問題和為客戶提供支持?為客戶提供阿特拉斯·科普柯工具操作培訓(xùn)?質(zhì)量問題上報、跟進及關(guān)閉?當(dāng)存在商業(yè)和技術(shù)風(fēng)險時,發(fā)出警告信號?指導(dǎo)初級工程師的服務(wù)技能?負責(zé)管理登記于自己名下的服務(wù)用工具/設(shè)備?嚴(yán)格遵守客戶的安全、健康、環(huán)境和數(shù)據(jù)安全政策?遵守<我們做事的方法>和<行為準(zhǔn)則>?在出差期間以及在公司、客戶和業(yè)務(wù)合作伙伴設(shè)施的工作場所嚴(yán)格遵守安全程序和指示,并根據(jù)指示正確佩戴個人防護用品。積極參加安全培訓(xùn)、自學(xué)等活動。報告安全隱患,防止事故發(fā)生?做好準(zhǔn)備接受分配的其他任務(wù)Education & Experience?Graduate from technical school or above, prefer major in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Software?At least 2 years’ experience in aftermarket service of industry productKnowledge & Skills?Mechanical, electronic and electrical knowledge?PLC, Fieldbus and Ethernet knowledge are considered as the advantages. ?Strong skill of diagnosing, repairing and troubleshooting?Good PC and MS office skills?Good communication and interpersonal skills?Basic English knowledgePersonality & Behavior Traits?Customer oriented?Result-oriented?Self-motivation and independence?Active growth mindset?Collaboration?Quick learner?Willing to travel.?Urgency awareness教育和經(jīng)驗要求:?中?;蚣夹R陨蠈W(xué)歷,機械、電氣、自動化、軟件專業(yè)優(yōu)先?2年以上工業(yè)產(chǎn)品售后服務(wù)經(jīng)驗知識技能:?機械、電子、電氣知識?有PLC、現(xiàn)場總線和以太網(wǎng)知識的優(yōu)先考慮?較強的診斷、維修和故障處理能力?熟練使用計算機和辦公軟件?良好的溝通能力和處理人際關(guān)系技巧?基本的英語知識性格和行為特質(zhì):?以客戶為中心?結(jié)果導(dǎo)向?自我激勵和獨立?積極成長性思維?團隊合作?快速學(xué)習(xí)者?愿意出差?緊急意識
