崗位職責(zé)：-負(fù)責(zé)光纖通訊產(chǎn)品的工藝開發(fā)和維護(hù)，確保能夠量產(chǎn)高質(zhì)量、高可靠性的產(chǎn)品；-組織關(guān)鍵工藝設(shè)計(jì)、可行性評(píng)估及驗(yàn)證；-分析解決客戶投訴的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題，與開發(fā)團(tuán)隊(duì)和質(zhì)量部門緊密協(xié)作，對(duì)缺陷問題進(jìn)行及時(shí)跟蹤，制定、實(shí)施糾正和預(yù)防措施-負(fù)責(zé)樣品轉(zhuǎn)量產(chǎn)階段工藝文件的編寫，并指導(dǎo)和培訓(xùn)生產(chǎn)員工；-及時(shí)協(xié)助解決生產(chǎn)過程中的工藝異常；-主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品工程變更執(zhí)行，滿足客戶設(shè)計(jì)變更需求；任職資格：-?？萍耙陨蠈W(xué)歷，通信、機(jī)械相關(guān)專業(yè)，三年及以上光纜、跳線、光器件等產(chǎn)品開發(fā)或工藝制程相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)；-熟練使用辦公或相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)軟件；-掌握產(chǎn)品的制作工藝，良好的動(dòng)手操作能力，能獨(dú)立分析和改善生產(chǎn)工藝問題；-良好的溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力，有責(zé)任心，團(tuán)隊(duì)意識(shí)強(qiáng)。
