What are my responsibilities?
1. Handling the change control process fro PCBAs.
2. Initiate and facilitate CAPA process, follow up agreed s and ensure the effectiveness of CAPA.
3. Analyzing and monitoring of the subsystem-process, additional costs (ncc)
4. Monitoring and maintenance of Training System

What do I need to qualify for this job?
1. Technologies: SMT, Assembly, Test, soldering
2. Methodologies: ISO13485, ISO9001, 21 CFR Part 820
3. Profess. Knowl: CAPA, NPI, PDCA, 5 why, ESD, Electronis and Mechanics, etc.
4. Above 3 years experience as quality engineer
5. Change process/NPI, CAPA process, FPY
6. with experience in multi-culture company
