The position is to fulfill the corporate expectations of sales growth by using value sales and demand creation from new growth area - markets, products and customers. Key Duties and Responsibilities ? Responsible for Allegro motor Driver ICs i.e. BLDC Motor Driver ICs,DC bruch Motor Driver ICs and Stepper Motor Driver ICs.? Guide customers to **** the best fitting Allegro products according to customer’s system requirements.? Provide the product training to customers and distributors.? Provide technical support to customers to resolve the technical problem? Cooperate closely with Corparate HQ to resolve customers’ technical and Quality issues? Develop and maintain strong relationship with customers? Identify and develop new applications ? Collect and analyze competitor information/ market trend and feedback to headquater business units? Work closely with regional sales manager to develop and implement the sales strategies Skills and Requirements ? An Engineering Bachelor or Master Degree in EE or Microelectronic is preferred ? Min 3 years Working Experience at Electronic/Automotive Industries? Good engineering experience in BLDC motor control system? Good engineering experience in system design - analog & digital, hardware and ****ded software? Deep and wide understanding on semiconductors and various electronical systems ? Experience in EMC improvements in motor control system ? Ability to independently learn new products, applications and technologies ? Effective communication skill in Chinese and English ? Ability to communicate technical issues with business units ? Excellent program management skill to manage multiple independent programs simultaneously? Working experience at the MNC Semiconductor suppliers or its sales reps is preferred.
