Overview:?As an Automotive Advanced CMF Designer, you'll specialize in creating innovative designs for future automotive and non-automotive projects. This role involves exploring new trends, materials, and technologies, as well as market research and strategy to design concept cars, EVs and other forward-looking designs. You'll also play a key role in shaping our brand's future through your creative work.?Key Responsibilities:Innovative Research:?Stay ahead by researching new trends, futuristic materials, and innovative finishing methods. Explore ideas from various industries for potential application in automotive design.Futuristic Concept Development:?Create visionary CMF concepts for advanced projects, including concept cars, EVs, and beyond. Your role requires a visionary approach and the ability to imagine and create designs innovations and pioneering new trends and technologies.Material Innovation:?Experiment with new materials and finishes, coordinating with suppliers to understand their practicality and staying updated on material technology advancements.Cross-Functional Collaboration:?Working closely with advanced design teams, UD, and strategy to integrate CMF designs into cutting-edge concepts. This includes collaborating on projects that push the boundaries of current automotive design.Presentation and Storytelling:?Communicate your advanced CMF concepts, telling the story of the design and its role in the brand's future.Brand Influence:?Contribute to the brand's direction through innovative CMF design. Collaborate on brand visuals, events, and assets to enhance brand image.?Ideal Candidate:Passionate about design and innovation.Visionary thinker, able to foresee future trends and technologies.Excellent storytelling and communication skills.Strong understanding of design aesthetics and the automotive industry.?Education & Experience:Degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Fashion Design, Automotive Design or related fields.Preference for graduates from top universities in China, the US, the UK, or the EU.
