Mission:This role is aim to set up the best Design Lab operation strategy, OKRs to manage the operation team to make the internal and external projects perfectly come true.Collaboration with UD/Engineering/other teams to accelerate the Initiate external design events like Auto Show, School sponsor events, design competitions and design relation campaigns.Organize the internal design events to build a big energetic design family.Manage the car design vendor of hard modeling and subcontractors operation with detail SOR preparation, cooperate with Procurement/People department.Guide the design operation team to control and monitor the timescale of design projectManage the design project profit/loss, cost savings, maintain the whole design department's Position report to Head of DesignRequirement:Bachelor in vehicle related major, project management8 year design team operation experience, familiar with the design program management process and vehicle engineering processExperience in design vendor management and business cooperationBorn to be a leader, people management experience, open-minded, data and orientation driven
