Job Qualifications
* At least 3 years HR and administration experience; Bachelor degree or above, majoring in HR, administration management, labor economic disciplines;
* Training of management, labor legislation, HR management and technology, psychology and basic financial knowledge;
* Familiar in labor laws, familiar in salary and welfare, labor relation management, and be capable of practical experience;
* Training of administration management, contact laws, be capable of practical experience;
* Proficient in recruitment, familiar in precise localization recruitment;
* Good in negotiating and coordination, strong execution and persuade ability;
* Fluent English speaking

Job Description
* Responsible of daily HR management (recruitment, salary and welfare, assessment, training and development, labor relations and team building), recruitment background in automation industry is perferct;
* Responsible of daily administration management (stamping, office support, safety and environment);
* Responsible of HR and administration policy and regulation revise;
* Responsible of office supply management;
* Responsible of IT assets management;
* Responsible for the labor conflict coordination;
* Responsible of HR and administration file, ERP system and server’s data management;
* Responsible of HR and administration related account of payable management.
* Responsible of internal communication and coordination;
* Communication with supplier and sub-contractor, Coordination of the various conflicts, maintain relationship with them and drive the satisfaction.
