Summary:負(fù)責(zé)貿(mào)易公司全盤財(cái)務(wù)工作,包括不限于公司設(shè)立相關(guān)工作及公司日常賬務(wù)處理,稅務(wù)相關(guān)和審計(jì)應(yīng)對等工作。Responsible for the overall financial work of the trading company, including but not limited to company establishment related work and daily accounting processing, tax related and audit response work.Primary responsibilities:1. 負(fù)責(zé)公司全盤賬務(wù)處理,包括憑證錄入、賬目核對及月度結(jié)賬工作;Responsible for the overall accounting processing of the company, including voucher entry, account verification, and monthly closing work,2. 編制財(cái)務(wù)報(bào)表,確保數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確性和及時(shí)性,支持公司經(jīng)營決策;Prepare financial statements, ensure data accuracy and timeliness, and support company business decisions,3. 熟悉貿(mào)易類企業(yè)的財(cái)務(wù)流程,負(fù)責(zé)進(jìn)出口業(yè)務(wù)相關(guān)賬務(wù)處理及稅務(wù)申報(bào);Familiar with the financial processes of trade enterprises, responsible for accounting processing and tax declaration related to import and export business,4. 協(xié)助完成審計(jì)、稅務(wù)檢查及相關(guān)財(cái)務(wù)合規(guī)性工作Responsible for completing audits, tax inspections, and related financial compliance work,5. 其他直屬領(lǐng)導(dǎo)安排的工作事項(xiàng).Other tasks assigned by line manager.Knowledge & skill requirements:1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,財(cái)務(wù)、會(huì)計(jì)相關(guān)專業(yè);Bachelor's degree or above, major in finance or accounting related fields,2. 5年以上全盤財(cái)務(wù)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備貿(mào)易類企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;More than 5 years of comprehensive financial work experience, with priority given to those with practical experience in finance for trade enterprises,3. 熟悉國家財(cái)稅法規(guī)及會(huì)計(jì)準(zhǔn)則,持有會(huì)計(jì)從業(yè)資格證書;Familiar with national financial and tax regulations and accounting standards, holding an accounting professional qualification certificate,4. 較好的中英文溝通及匯報(bào)能力;Good communication and reporting skills in both Chinese and English,5. 具備良好的職業(yè)操守和責(zé)任心,能承受一定工作壓力,溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力較強(qiáng)。Possess good professional ethics and sense of responsibility, able to withstand certain work pressure, and strong communication and coordination skills.
