resources (such as Application Engineering, R&D, and PM) to drive the implementation of PoC (Proof of Concept) and ensure project conversion and order acquisition.2.不斷地挖掘業(yè)務(wù)線索，轉(zhuǎn)換為項目機會，并轉(zhuǎn)化為訂單。Continuously uncover business leads, convert them into project opportunities, and ultimately turn them into orders.3.從目標(biāo)行業(yè)(如汽車、半導(dǎo)體、電子制造等行業(yè))的最終客戶和內(nèi)部物流自動化系統(tǒng)集成商OEM等不同的路徑來嘗試業(yè)務(wù)突破。Pursuing business breakthroughs through different approaches, such as end customers & customer relationship management system (CRM)1.運用并維護PULS客戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)(CRM)，錄入詳盡的客戶與銷售流程需要的相關(guān)信息，保障內(nèi)部團隊間高效的協(xié)同工作。Apply and maintain the PULS customer relationship management system (CRM), key in detailed customer information and other related information and ensure efficient collaboration among internal teams. 工作要求：自動化、電氣工程、機械工程、工業(yè)工程或其它工程學(xué)科本科及以上學(xué)歷，計算機科學(xué)方向的人才亦可。Bachelor's degree or above in automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or other engineering disciplines is preferred, and excellent talents in computer science are also welcome.在物流自動化、工廠自動化或過程自動化行業(yè)，有三到五年的設(shè)備或系統(tǒng)解決方案的B2B銷售經(jīng)驗。3-5 years of B2B sales experience in equipment or system solutions in logistics automation, factory automation, or process automation industries. 如果有在充電技術(shù)和電池領(lǐng)域的相關(guān)產(chǎn)品或者解決方案的銷售經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先考慮。Sales experience in charging technology and battery related products or solutions is a plus.須掌握自動化領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的軟件應(yīng)用和技術(shù)的一般知識, 比如：AutoCAD, CAN-open等。General knowledge of software applications and technologies in the field of automation is required, like Auto-CAD, CAN-open.English CET 4 above優(yōu)秀的業(yè)務(wù)開發(fā)能力(包括信息搜集，了解客戶需求，探索解決方案，處理復(fù)雜銷售項目等)。Excellent ability to develop business (effectively gather information, understand customer needs, handle complex projects, provide solutions to customers).優(yōu)秀的商務(wù)談判技巧。Excellent business negotiation skills.有能力分享成功的實踐和專業(yè)知識，尋求創(chuàng)造性解決方案。Has ability to share successful practices and professional knowledge and seek creative solutions with the customers.能夠以清晰、簡潔的方式，通過書面或者面對面交流，向目標(biāo)客戶介紹產(chǎn)品及方案。Be able to introduce products and solutions to target customers in a clear and concise manner through written or face-to-face
